Old Town Plan + Zoning

Old Town Justin is the center of town and the historical beginning of the community. With its lasting charm, it brings a feeling of times gone by and the western frontier. As the community continues to grow in an unprecendented way, preserving this identiity has become a major priority.

The Old Town Plan and Zoning update will solidify this vision of preserving the heart of Justin in an actionable plan with a set of regulations that encourage the Old Town to be the heart of the community through preservation and appropriate new development.

156 Corridor Plan + Zoning

Farm to Market 156 is the primary arterial and front door to Justin, Texas. FM156 is also the gateway into multiple residential neighborhoods and adjacent to the railroad which despite its challenges was one of the main reasons Justin is located where it is.
This important corridor has an unusual mix of historic commercial, industrial, mixed use, and residential componants that make it unique within the community. As the front gateway to the community, it is the first impression to visiters and residents alike. The project will formalize the community vision for this important corridor and a regulatory framework to execute that vision.
